These Terms govern use of impagnettl.monster and purchases from Impagnettl Industrial Supply, 5820 East Freeway, Building C, Houston, TX 77015.
Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Orders are confirmed upon written acceptance and receipt of payment or approved credit terms. Custom-engineered products require signed approval drawings before manufacturing begins.
Standard products ship via LTL freight within 2–4 weeks of order confirmation. Custom products require 6–12 weeks depending on complexity. Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to carrier.
Impagnettl warrants products against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery date. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, improper installation, or operation outside rated specifications.
Impagnettl liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for consequential damages including production downtime or material damage from improper application.
These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas courts.
